Designed for professional tire service, the XC-223MAX combines a tilting-column layout, four-jaw turntable, bead breaker and assist-arm system to support efficient mounting and demounting of passenger-vehicle tires.
The XC-223MAX provides the main functions required for tire bead breaking, rim clamping, tire demounting, mounting and inflation in a professional workshop.
The machine uses a four-jaw turntable for wheel clamping and supports both outside and inside rim clamping. A tilting vertical column creates working clearance around the turntable, while the locking system positions the mounting head for tire service operations.
The integrated bead breaker, assist arm, tire pressure rod and support arm help the operator handle the tire during mounting and demounting. Pedal controls are provided for the bead breaker, clamp jaws, turntable and column tilt.
The machine is intended for trained workshop personnel and should be operated according to the safety and installation requirements in the user manual.
Pedal-controlled column tilt opens the working area above the turntable.
Adjustable clamping system supports a wide range of passenger-vehicle rims.
Powerful bead-breaking system assists in separating the tire bead from the rim.
Tire pressure arm, support arm and pressure block support demanding tire service work.
Dedicated controls operate the bead breaker, clamp jaws, turntable and column tilt.
An oil-water separator is included in the pneumatic system.
Key operating data for quick product evaluation.
The user manual organizes tire changing into three primary stages.
Deflate the tire and separate the bead from the rim before clamping.
Clamp the wheel securely, position the mounting head and use the turntable to remove the tire.
Check tire and rim condition, lubricate the bead and mount the tire with the turntable and mounting head.
